Preparing discovery
Filing documents with the court
Calendaring
Preparing trial exhibits
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience in Texas, 5+ years preferred.
Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent typing skills, computer literacy, including MS Office or Google Suite.
Proficiency with Clio and TxDoc or similar software.
Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, remain highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and positive communicator.
Benefits Competitive Pay: $40K-$80K with an attractive billable hour bonus plan paid bi-weekly, up to $35K more annually.
