We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contract lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (including FAR/DFARS), and supporting internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the contracting process.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts including consultant agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications.
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), agency-specific requirements (e.g., FEMA, USDA), and company policies.
Maintain contract files and documentation in accordance with internal procedures and audit standards.
Track contract deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with program managers, finance, legal, and procurement teams to support contract execution and administration.
Assist in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitation documents.
Support internal and external audits and reporting requirements.
Monitor contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field; certifications (e.g., CPCM, NCMA, DAWIA) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in federal contract administration.
Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes.
Experience with GSA schedules and other GWACs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Teams).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting contracts for federal agencies such as DOD, Client, or USDA.
Familiarity with JV/MPP relationships.
Knowledge of subcontractor management and flow‑down requirements.
Experience with Unanet.
