Electrical Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing
to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about electrical systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, motors, drives, and control panels.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Install, test, and service wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
Document maintenance activities and support inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma.
Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, and industrial power distribution.
Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO programs.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
Technical or vocational training in industrial electricity.
Ability to work both in office and on the plant floor, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Compensation Range: $34.00/hr - $38.00/hr
