Grain Facility Manager
GPAC is partnering with a growing grain company to hire a
Grain Facility Manager
for a location in Southern Wisconsin. This role is critical for managing daily operations, ensuring grain quality, and leading a skilled team in a high-volume facility.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop facility staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Oversee inbound and outbound grain handling, ensuring proper condition and quality.
Manage and maintain all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock.
Handle daily operations, invoices, credit card transactions, and scheduling federal grain inspections.
Ensure proper fumigation, safety training, and regulatory compliance for all employees and contractors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally efficient facility.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years supervising grain elevator operations or as a Grain Superintendent.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
