About the Role This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.

This senior role is responsible for end-to-end Operations leadership for Haldren in United States, with a primary base in New York. The position translates business goals into actionable plans, strengthens capability, and raises standards through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.

Improve end-to-end operational performance, including capacity planning and process optimization.

Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.

Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.

Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.

Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.

Background in operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and multi-site performance management.

Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.

Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.

Benefits

Salary: $126,000-$161,000
