We are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist who will assist new and potential members in identifying membership and lending needs and delivering solutions to their financial needs.
Major Duties and Essential Functions
Deliver an unexpected experience by consistently providing outstanding service to internal and external members in every interaction.
Uncover member needs by asking questions and provide solutions to their needs.
Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners.
Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs.
Meet or exceed established sales and service goals.
Stay current on products, services, and marketing campaigns through training and familiarity with all changes and disclosures.
Remain compliant with all financial regulations (BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.) applicable to the position.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information.
Qualifications
Goal‑oriented and service‑oriented.
Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Self‑motivated to meet required sales goals.
Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a consistently changing environment.
Team player who works well in a group setting.
Education : High school diploma or GED.
Experience : Minimum 1‑2 years of similar or related experience.
