Hourly Pay: $35-$45 (DOE)

What must be accomplished:
Complete our 6-step customer Service System.
Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?”
Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter.
General drain clearing and repairing.
Communicate and educate the customer about the issue.
How success will be measured:
Complete 4 calls a day.
Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal.
Meet the company’s daily revenue target.
Overall performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience.
Plumbing experience is a plus!
OSHA 10 certification is a plus!
Customer service skills.
Communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to problem solve.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
