Site Administrator – Full Time MLK Community Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Health Center sites. This role reports to the Director of Ambulatory Services and is responsible for managing staff, finances, compliance, and patient care quality.

Pay Range Base pay: $46,000 / yr – $67,000 / yr

Responsibilities

Oversee overall management of the Health Center including strategic, financial and operations management; patient care coordination; patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes; team management; risk management, audit and compliance.

Full accountability for non‑clinical staff including hiring, mentoring, professional development, annual review and compensation adjustments.

Develop site budget, monitor membership and expense variances, and authorize expenditures in accordance with company policies.

Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage teammate capacity and utilization.

Collaborate with Clinical Pod Lead Physician to resolve provider issues and enhance provider satisfaction.

Monitor patient satisfaction programs, conduct patient outreach for quality initiatives, and manage high‑risk patient lists.

Guide and develop non‑clinical teammates, encourage staff participation in site huddles, and recognize performance achievements.

Ensure site meets internal and external standards of conduct, prepare for audits, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college (Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Nursing preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably within managed care or medical group operations.

3 or more years in healthcare management preferred.

Strong communication and confidentiality skills; bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Knowledge of managed care and current health insurance arrangements.
