Intakes pre‑op patients, properly identifies them, and applies ID and allergy bands. Obtains vital signs, height, weight, and allergy list. Assists patients to their assigned beds and orients them to the bed area. Assists in the preparation of charts and makes rounds on nursing units to obtain vacant charts. Assists Health Unit Coordinators (HUC) with clerical functions as requested. Qualification Requirements
High School Grad or Equiv Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement Pay Range
