As a Night Porter, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for guests, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. This role requires lone working, a basic level of H&S training, and Fire Evacuation knowledge. You will also be required to perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and handy work.
Due to the nature of this role, OVER 18's are preferred. Shifts will start at 11pm and finish at 7am the following day, with each shift lasting 7.5 hours. Position 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Position 2: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Qualifications As a Night Porter, your responsibilities include... Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit. Greeting guests and checking them into their hotel rooms upon arrival. Answering telephone inquiries and handling customer complaints to ensure an enjoyable stay. Maintaining the safety, legality, and cleanliness of the front of house, and addressing issues promptly and safely. What you’ll bring… A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
