Job Overview The main priority for Deli/Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers and ensure a clean and safe food environment. Associates engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Maintaining proper food safety standards is critical to the team’s success.
Responsibilities
Prepare high‑quality deli and bakery products for customers.
Engage with customers while operating the service counter.
Move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor.
Clean and maintain food safety standards to comply with health regulations.
Pay and Benefits Base pay range:
$18.00 – $31.00 per hour.
Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Full‑time
Shift Availability:
Mid‑shift, Closing.
