A leading U.S.-based manufacturer is seeking experienced Mold Maintenance Technicians to join its growing team. This is a hands‑on role supporting production by maintaining, cleaning, and repairing molds ranging from 500 to 1,600 tons. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable, and open to working on either shift with occasional overtime. Base pay range

Optimizes functionality of machines and equipment while performing corrective and preventative maintenance. Implements improvements through projects to increase machine reliability and output with updated, new, or automated equipment. Installs machines, machine support systems and automation from direction of the Senior Maintenance Tech Supervisor. Essential Job Functions
Clean, dismantle, replace, and repair defective machines or electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components of machinery and equipment. Locate malfunctions through close observation of machinery, utilizing test instruments and knowledge of machine operation. Perform preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner. Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, material handling/transfer equipment. Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers. Perform machine shop work operating various machines such as drill press, grinder, mills, lathes, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems. Perform welding fabrication using MIG/TIG/stick welders, oxy/acetylene, plasma torch, and other cutting equipment. Visually and/or manually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Read, modify or create blueprints, ladder logic, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to troubleshoot machines. Use equipment such as forklifts, hoists, chains, straps, or slings to pick up, move or locate equipment or machinery. Maintain proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area. Serve as a liaison with vendors as required. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including punctuality and dependability. Execute each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully. Follow all safety procedures required in work area, wear PPE as needed, attend all safety meetings, and report safety issues. Work well with others, open to feedback, and treat everyone with respect. Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects. Follow all department quality standards/criteria, raise concerns and issues to immediate manager. Understand Cambro company culture and core values (Safety, Quality, Respect, and Service). Understand department’s key performance indicators and contribute to achieving these goals. Required Qualifications
Two (2) or four (4)-year certificate from a college or technical school; or ten (10) to fifteen (15) years related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of preventative or corrective maintenance experience in Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Composite Molding, and Roto Mold manufacturing environments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical and hydraulic prints or schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Mathematical concepts: probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions applied to practical situations.
Problem solving: applied to a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Seniority level
