General Function The Retail Field Project Supervisor responsibilities include working closely with the Fleet Sr. Manager & manager to support all department Fleet Renewal strategy and planning activities by preparing, leading, and executing store openings, relocations, remodels, closings, and special projects. The Supervisor will analyze and develop process improvement while partnering with CSC Fleet Management team, field leaders, cross functional partners, vendors, and Retail Licensed Brand Host partners.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

Serve as primary project lead for assigned group of store openings, remodels, relocations, closings

Lead the store closing/(re)opening process for assigned group of stores including preparation of field teams, set‑up and follow through on all elements till project completion

Provide on‑site & virtual support to manage store temporary close, punch & set‑up

Maintain and communicate project schedules to field & store team for assigned Target Optical & CVS Optical fleet projects

Manage weekly call with cross‑functional partners to actively close out open issue items

Create and maintain Fleet Open Issues Reporting

Lead store temporary closing calls and store set‑up calls

Represent the voice of the field by maintaining a working knowledge of store operations and field execution

Provide feedback on what is working and what is not working within stores and escalates as appropriate

Acts as the on‑site Fleet Management liaison with Host Partners, neXtore, general contractor, construction project manager, operations, visual merchandising, marketing, IT, telecom, OD Equipment, and procurement teams

Distribute all project‑specific pre‑work and informational collateral to field leaders, Store Manager, & Cross‑Functional partners for all Fleet projects

Actively participate and facilitate portions of Fleet Management field calls and webinars

Provide all Fleet Renewal pre and post‑project photos to CSC

Assist in updating and maintaining Fleet Guides

Manage celebration for store team for new store openings and remodels

Assist in the review of store design layouts with Host design partners & neXtore

Explore and respond to store escalations

Support Fleet Special Project initiatives and stretch assignments in accordance based on business needs as needed

Basic Qualifications

3+ Years in a retail store leadership position

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow through skills

Excellent prioritization skills with clear focus on results

Strong critical thinking & leadership skills

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Driven and self‑motivated; strong ability to work independently

Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point

Must be willing and able to travel up to approximately 75% – 100%

Preferred Qualifications

College Degree

Project Manager Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferably within Retail Licensed Brands.

Pay Range 106,476.95

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
