Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Previous management experience is required. Responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Tracking studio budget Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs Processing payroll Oversee inventory Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts Lots of cleaning - all day every day! Lead Teacher Trainings Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month) Submit cover letter and resume for consideration!
