Program Management Support
Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for Program Management Support. Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security in Program Management Support. The position is located in Springfield, VA. Position requires an active/current
TS/SCI
security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads to ensure coordinated execution of tasks
Conduct long‑range planning across all aspects of program performance
Manage responsibilities related to personnel security, financial oversight, and other delegated duties in support of the Lead Program Manager
Report to a manager or head of a unit/department
Work independently and within collaborative teams
Contribute to moderately complex aspects of programs and projects
Develop and apply advanced concepts, tools, and processes to support program goals
Perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions to identified problems
Guide and mentor junior‑level personnel in their roles and responsibilities
Seek guidance when addressing new, undefined, or unstructured challenges
Required Qualifications
Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with willingness to undergo a polygraph
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
Experience:
4–7 years in program/project management or government contract support. A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
Necessary skills to work independently within skill level
Experience with the following:
Scoping level‑of‑effort for tasks, and providing accurate cost and resource estimates
Managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contract
Developing and delivering contract deliverables
Familiarity with organizational security solutions
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in related technical or scientific fields such as Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related STEM degree
Demonstrated experience with the IC and Federal Agencies
