Responsibilities Visual Leader

Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.

Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data.

Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes align with directives and partnership with the General/Store Manager.

Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt visual support to business needs.

Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as necessary.

Business Leader

Represent the business in meetings and conference calls with the General/Store Manager.

Review, monitor, and partner with the General Manager to manage budgets, reporting, and business data, including metrics such as expenses and sell‑through, informing planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review and sales planning).

Plan workflow to protect optimal performance.

People Leader

Ensure the visual team reflects ALO’s mission and guiding principles when communicating with guests.

Lead the team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication throughout operations.

Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategy.

Flow Experience Leader

Oversee execution of deliverables on the sales floor, achieving KPIs while protecting operational efficiency and visual sets.

Collaborate with the General/Store Manager’s vision and work cross‑functionally with business partners to support organizational goals and visual and sales floor KPIs.

Demonstrate the ability to navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture.

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Independent work ethic, strong time‑management skills, and personal accountability.

Alignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.

Capability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.

Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Schedule All full‑time employees must have open availability and be willing to work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the company’s blackout period (week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January).
