Heart Line Counseling and Consulting (HLCC) is a growing, mission-driven mental health practice rooted in compassion, community connection, and clinical excellence. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and aligned with their purpose, and we intentionally build our practice around that belief.
We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient therapist to join our collaborative and heart-centered team.
About the Role As a full-time therapist at HLCC, you’ll provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families (based on your interests and training). You’ll have the flexibility to shape a caseload that fits your clinical strengths while being supported by a team that genuinely cares about sustainability, ethics, and balance.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy in an outpatient setting
Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, schools, and community partners when appropriate
Participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision
Uphold HLCC’s values of warmth, integrity, inclusivity, and professionalism
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Licensed or license-eligible in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APSW, LPC‑IT, etc.)
Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
Ability to work independently while valuing collaboration
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with children/adolescents, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or school-based work
Interest in community outreach or program development
Bilingual or specialized clinical training
