Maintenance Technician in West Monroe, Louisiana
Schedule: 7AM-7PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Pay $22+ Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility through preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. This role plays a key part in maintaining plant safety, quality, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment
Troubleshoot, inspect, and test machinery
Support building maintenance and special projects
Follow all safety standards and company values
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (technical or associate degree preferred)
3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
PLC experience a plus
Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge a plus
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Schedule 7AM-7PM Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in hot or cold environments
