Maintenance Technician
to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, upkeep, appearance, and functionality of our property. Consistently ranked among the top Marriott properties in the country based on guest feedback, the property offers a tremendous opportunity for a maintenance technician to excel and build a strong portfolio of new and returning business.
Your Role As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of the hotel property.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs, maintenance, alterations, and/or installations.
Respond to guest service requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify defects and malfunctions in the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems.
Ensure strict adherence to all insurance, local, county, state, and federal government codes, laws, and requirements related to maintenance activities. Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following established safety protocols and guidelines.
