Pay Range Base pay: $21.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Location & Shift Schedule Location: 78248 (San Antonio, TX)
Day Shifts: Monday - Wednesday, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Thursday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Friday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Night Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities
Medication administration per physician orders.
Physician ordered treatments for:
Nutrition via a feeding tube.
Tracheostomy care.
Suctioning (nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal).
Ventilation care.
Seizure assessment and treatment.
Requirements
Current, active Texas LVN license.
Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train.
