InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible full-time or part-time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team at Maple Heights Nursing & Rehab Center in Hiawatha, Kansas. This role offers the opportunity to provide both school‑based and clinical speech services, helping patients of all ages strengthen communication, articulation, comprehension, and functional skills within a supportive rural healthcare environment.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality speech, language, and cognitive‑communication evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Deliver direct therapy in school‑based and clinical settings, using evidence‑based techniques.
Educate and collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient progress.
Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Current or eligibility for Kansas state SLP license.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.
Ability to work collaboratively in both school and healthcare settings.
Commitment to patient‑centered care and ongoing clinical growth.
