Position:
Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient at Home – Louisville
Location:
Downtown, West End, Southwest Louisville
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with 1-2 weekends per year
Compensation:
Starting at $28.00/hour, commensurate with experience
Our KORT outpatient at home is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top‑notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team delivers treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as required by the State Practice Act.
Implement high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities with minimal supervision.
Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
One year of outpatient experience.
Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
CPR certification.
