Mental Health Associate (MHA) Nights 11p - 7a Position at Hampton Behavioral Health Center, a 120‑bed acute care psychiatric hospital located in Westampton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Clinical/Nursing Administration.

Assist and supervise patients’ activities of daily living, encouraging appropriate behavior and intervening when necessary.

Lead patients to meals, programs, court, clinics, and other designated activities, ensuring prompt arrival.

Maintain accurate documentation, note patient progress, and communicate feedback with the treatment team.

Hold daily meetings with assigned patients; support implementation of the Nursing Care Plan.

Work a full‑time schedule of 11 pm – 7 am, 4 days a week, 32 hours with rotating weekends; flexibility for overtime and shift coverage.
