Full‑time days and evenings.
What You’ll Do
Provide individualized one‑on‑one care to adult patients
Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
Educate and support families in caring for their loved ones

What You Need
Active PA LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Experience a plus (but not required — we train!)
