Provide high-quality PTA services across various rural healthcare settings under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising PT. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and approved modalities. Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner. Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to support long-term wellness. Adapt smoothly to new work environments, teams, and patient populations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, effective care. Monitor patient responses and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising PT. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or anticipated graduation). Current PTA license (or eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Strong adaptability and comfort working in diverse clinical environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Interest in rural healthcare and supporting rehabilitation teams across multiple communities.
