Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient and caregiver education, including home exercise programs
Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility guidelines
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Active Washington PTA license (or ability to obtain – WA is a compact state)
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
