Position Summary We’re seeking a
Physician Assistant (PA-C)
who thrives in a
flexible, mobile care environment

Responsibilities
Provide on-site medical visits to patients in senior living communities
Evaluate and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and wound care
Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and families on care plans
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Licensed PA in the state of Minnesota
Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or mobile care preferred
Must have strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
