Business Segment Overview:
Institutional
Immerse yourself in the best-in‑class institutional‑grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.
Responsibilities Position Purpose: Responsible for understanding the global financial markets and futures products.
Primary duties will include:
Responsible for executing trades on multiple trading platforms (Fidessa experience preferred)
Provide fast and accurate trade execution and convey product knowledge
Responsible for understanding the global financial markets and futures products
Communicating with clients in a high stress, fast pace environment
Responsible for trouble shooting and correcting trade issues between the back office and customers/brokers
Support for electronic trading systems
Ad hoc assignments as necessary

Qualifications
Overnight shift: Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:30 am
Minimum of 4 years institutional desk experience
Electronic Trading Systems knowledge required – Fidessa, TT, CQG
Excel experience required
Knowledge of grains, financials and foreign markets required
Extensive electronic execution proficiency required
Self‑starter with a sense of urgency
Exceptional listener and communicator who is able to convey information clearly to team members and clients
Series 3 registration, or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment
Hiring Salary Range $65,000-$90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
