Key Skills & Responsibilities
Filing Wizardry:
Expertly manage sales files, contracts, and client communications. Keep records flawless and data entry sharp, ensuring vital documents land in the right hands—fast and efficiently!
Master of Connections:
Bridge teams and clients with ease, ensuring everyone is in sync. Provide internal collaboration and quick solutions for clients.
Guest Happiness Hero:
Greet every client and team member with a friendly, professional touch. Coordinate small group sales and elevate meetings to memorable experiences.
Schedule Superstar:
Remain flexible and cover the hotel’s needs on regular days, weekends, or holidays, ensuring seamless operations.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.
