The Engagement & Worship Pastor provides leadership and support for the church’s discipleship pathway while serving in a part-time worship role. This position helps people take next steps in their faith through small groups, classes, and spiritual formation, while also assisting with worship leadership through music, planning, and team development. The role collaborates closely with pastoral staff and volunteers to ensure both discipleship and worship ministries align with the church’s vision, values, and commitment to Christ-centered excellence.
