Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Therapist role located in Lynwood, CA. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy, as well as assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of mental health and behavioral conditions. Additional duties include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting case management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records. The role may also involve facilitating group counseling sessions and supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Social Work and Case Management practices
Knowledge of Psychology, Mental Health, and related treatment methodologies
Experience in providing Family Therapy and facilitating therapeutic interventions
Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
Licensed or license‑eligible as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist in California
Familiarity with diverse populations and culturally competent care is a plus
Experience in a mental health or substance dependency setting is highly beneficial
