Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a high‑performing call center team
Oversee onshore and offshore operations for patient support services in dermatology and aesthetics
Drive operational excellence through data analysis and KPI management
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Hire, train, and develop staff for success
Resolve escalated issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Support vendor scheduling functions
Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by leadership
Experience Preferred
5+ years of call center experience (healthcare scheduling software strongly preferred)
Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage performance metrics and adapt to change
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and notepad preferred)
Previous experience (3+ years) in customer service preferred
Education High School Diploma or GED required
