We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Handle custodial duties including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed.
Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
