270385Biloxi, Mississippi**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**As the Assistant Manager for our Quick Service Outlets, you’ll play a key role in leading several of our fast-paced dining experiences. From coffee and quick bites to convenient grab-and-go options, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, consistency, and exceptional guest satisfaction. With your approachable leadership and energy, you’ll motivate your team to create those small but memorable moments that keep guests returning time and again.
