Client Service Manager-NQ

Manage a group of Non-Qualified clients by independently delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and client services. Establish and maintain effective relationships with non-qualified clients, financial professionals, and internal service teams to ensure client retention, growth of the client service block, and profitability for all partners. Embody non-qualified core values in all interactions. Identify customer expectations and develop a strong working relationship. Use creativity, problem solving skills, and in-depth product knowledge to arrive at solutions for retaining clients and resolving complex client issues. Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience required (non-qualified retirement plan, qualified retirement plan, or financial services experience preferred). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required. Accurate, organized, able to meet deadlines, and follow-through on tasks and campaigns. Able to build and maintain good relationships within the organization. Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel. Demonstrates ability to build proven, positive relationships with clients and partners. Understands retirement concepts. On-site client visits may be required and/or minimum travel required. FINRA Series 6 license required within 6 months of employment. Salary Range
$54,000 - $98,400 / year. Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees do not accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors. Work Authorization/Sponsorship
