What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
Conduct resident assessments and participate in planning, interventions, and evaluations
Assist in the development of individualized care plans with residents, families, and staff
Advocate for residents' best interests to support their highest physical, mental, and social well-being
Provide oversight and guidance to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
What You'll Need:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license within the state of South Dakota.
Long-Term Care experience is a plus but not required; new students are welcome.
Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend)
