Job Summary
The School-Based Therapist will deliver mental health services to a caseload of students on one assigned campus in Del Valle ISD. The therapist will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school. Duties include intake assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention (as appropriate).
Therapist will provide 20 hours of face-to-face services per week and maintain complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. Regular contact with parent/guardian of each client is required. Integral Care uses an electronic medical records system.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement. Other duties may be assigned and a flexible work schedule may be required.

Education Required: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field.
License
Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
LMSW, LPC‑A, LMFT‑A.

Hours Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary $24.18 – $25.39 per hour, based on education.
