The Mobile Service Coordinator is the

quarterback

of our mobile service operation. You’ll manage incoming service calls, schedule mobile appointments, coordinate daily routes, and spend time in the field building relationships with local businesses and customers.

This is a

hybrid role

— part operations, part customer experience, part business development. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, talking to people, staying organized, and getting out from behind a desk.

What Your Day Looks Like Mornings (Office-Based):

Answer inbound service calls and schedule Mobile Service appointments

Identify which services qualify for mobile repair

Coordinate and route Mobile Service vans efficiently by area of town

Communicate schedules clearly with technicians and the service department

Confirm appointments and set expectations with customers

Afternoons (In the Field):

Ride with Mobile Service technicians

Drop in on existing customers and local businesses

Introduce Mobile Service to potential new customers

Build relationships that grow repeat and referral business

Act as the friendly, professional face of Jenkins & Wynne in the community

What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in person

Highly organized and comfortable managing schedules and logistics

Friendly, outgoing, and professional

Comfortable visiting businesses and talking to decision-makers

Able to pivot between office work and field work

Automotive or service experience is a plus, but

not required

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in:

Customer service or call handling

Scheduling or dispatch

BDC / service advising / hospitality

Outside sales or relationship management
