Warehouse Operator II – Days A Warehouse Operator II Days position is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMME) in Paterson, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be able to operate power equipment. Primary responsibilities are to safely operate lift trucks and perform various warehouse tasks as directed. This is a full‑time position that supports our day‑shift team and will work a Monday‑Thursday schedule.

Job Responsibilities
Supply bottling lines with production materials.
Safely operate lift trucks while putting away finished goods from the production lines.
Utilize specialized programs to systematically transfer finished goods/packaging materials to new locations within the warehouse.
Accurately perform inventory counts on packaging materials and finished goods.
Help maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion on a daily basis, inspect and maintain assigned equipment and notify lead of any material or safety defects.
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be minimum 21 years of age (Alcohol).
Previous warehouse and lift truck experience is a plus.
Ability to be licensed on power equipment.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our production facilities. You will be required to follow all GMP and Safety requirements.
History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Compensation $18.50 - $22.15/hr. Based upon relevant experience.
