Our team of **board-certified providers** delivers high-quality, personalized healthcare with a focus on **preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care services**.We are currently seeking an **Internal Medicine Physician** to join our growing practice### **Position Summary**We are looking for a **bilingual Internal medicine Physician** with **1-2 years of experience in Primary and/or Urgent care**. The ideal candidate is **compassionate, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment** while effectively managing both **acute and chronic conditions**.**Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR** and a strong understanding of **procedure and CPT codes are required.**### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams* Diagnose and treat **acute and chronic conditions** in a **primary/urgent care** setting* Conduct minor **in-office procedures** (e.g., suturing, I&Ds, splinting)* Order and interpret **diagnostic tests** (labs, imaging, etc.)* Provide **preventive care, wellness counseling, and patient education*** Efficiently document patient encounters using **eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR*** Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.* Deliver **culturally competent care**for diverse patient populations* Understand **insurance and billing processes,** including documentation for proper coding and reimbursement### **Qualifications****Board Certified** as **IM** **1-2 years of experience** in primary or urgent care

**Bilingual Preferred** (Hindi preferred)

Experience with **eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR**

Proficient in **urgent care procedures** (suturing, wound care, joint injections, etc.)
