Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior‑intervention plans under BCBA direction.

Collect and record data on an iPad concerning patient progress and behavior.

Build rapport and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers.

Collaborate with BCBA and team members to review and update plans.

Apply interventions consistently while upholding ethical standards and PHI confidentiality.

Contribute positively to an inclusive clinic culture.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field; Psychology degree is helpful.

Experience as an RBT valued but not required.

Availability Monday–Friday, 7:45 am–4:30 pm.

Passion for working with children; prior experience in childcare, teaching, special education, summer camp, swimming, coaching, mental‑health tech, pediatric therapy or related fields is a plus.

Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients.

Physical: ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on the floor for extended periods; lift up to 30 lb; respond quickly to patient needs.
