We’re seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, consultation, detailing, and quality assurance of diverse building projects. The ideal candidate has experience across the full development cycle and excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations. This position will report to our office location in Arlington, TN. Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 annually The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned. Lead the design, modeling, and analysis of electrical systems using Revit Software Provide senior‑level technical oversight and quality assurance for electrical designs Develop and review designs for power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems, including lighting controls and photometric calculations Serve as Engineer of Record, preparing and sealing construction documents as required Conduct and oversee field inspections, job site visits, and inspection reports on a periodic basis Act as a technical point of contact for clients, ensuring project requirements, schedules, and deliverables are met Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal departments to ensure design feasibility, constructability, and regulatory compliance Mentor, train, and foster the professional growth of junior engineers and design staff Support proposal development, scope definition, and technical reviews Minimum Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Active PE License (any state) Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design Advanced understanding of electrical design principles, codes, materials, and construction practices Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide technical direction Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client‑facing interaction Thorough knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and applicable electrical codes Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations. Necessary Physical Requirements

Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness. Working Conditions

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife.
