Lead clinic operations and staff management, including scheduling, performance coaching, and workflow optimization. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission) and organizational policies. Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction. Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Conduct audits, reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications
We ask our Clinic Operations Manager Nurse to possess a minimum of: Current valid Texas nursing license (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross The following experience/skills are preferred: One (1) year of clinical experience (inpatient/outpatient) Two (2) years of management experience in a clinic or outpatient environment Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) Bilingual English/Spanish language skills Key Success Factors
