Entertainment Team Associate
The Walmart Entertainment Team Associate greets customers on the sales floor, offers assistance, recommends merchandise based on customer needs, assists in moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensures entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Hourly Wage $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the applicable criteria are met.
