Responsibilities
Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location, ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering client relations, and promoting a professional image.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of assigned locations.
Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
Substitute for any position if necessary.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and surrounding major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Pay Rate:
$6.00 to $7.00 per hour plus tips.
Education / Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Oral Communication:
Speaks clearly; listens and obtains clarification; responds well to questions.
Written Communication:
Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
Customer Service:
Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests and assistance promptly.
Adaptability:
Adapts to changes in the work environment; deals with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment:
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
License Requirement:
Must maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle objects, talk; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; must lift up to 25 pounds; requires close and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
