Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of client programs—from inception to completion—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Manage costs, implementation, and performance; negotiate contracts; and prepare business plans, budgets, and specifications.
Serve as the primary customer contact, leading review sessions, addressing cost, schedule, and performance, and driving business growth opportunities.
Establish milestones, monitor progress, resolve issues, and evaluate program profitability and viability.
Work across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative teams to develop strategies to enhance program performance, meet client needs, and leverage market opportunities.
Qualifications
Manage multiple contracts ($2M–$5M annual revenue).
Ensure compliance and client satisfaction across all contracts.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software, 7–15 members).
Develop training materials and process documentation.
Directly manage 2–7 staff.
Oversee complex, high-risk programs (new clients, products, etc.).
Create technical content and intellectual property.
Facilitate group meetings and promote transparency and communication.
Collaborate with leadership on high-value, strategic projects.
4–6 years project/program management experience, ideally in recycling.
Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years people management experience.
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
Excellent organization and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive) or ability to learn quickly.
Able to pass background check and drug screening.
Currently live in the state of Michigan.
Targeted Salary $90,000–$95,000
Compensation Range $86,300.00 – $129,400.00
