Supervisor, Production (Second Shift)

Shift Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00am
Responsibilities
Help to promote a team focused and patient first environment within the production organization
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple production lines, including production schedules, quality control, adherence to manufacturing procedures, and safety protocols
Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
Help monitor daily production output, performance to time standards, and other relevant KPI's
Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and other applicable standards
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to develop and implement new processes and quality control procedures
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with Supply Chain and inventory management personnel to help manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Provide timely and accurate reports to upper management on production performance, quality control, and cost optimization efforts
Support Engineering by facilitating the building prototypes and execution of test protocols
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree - required
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry - required
General knowledge of clean room procedures - preferred
$89,400.00 - $148,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
