Plumbing Maintenance Technician .
Responsibilities
Inspect and service both tank and tankless water heaters to ensure proper function and efficacy for the household, and identify any potential future issues which may occur
Inspect and test household plumbing fixtures, gas lines, shut off valves, water supply and drain lines, along with water testing
Deliver and communicate findings to both homeowners and senior plumbing service technicians with accuracy and professionalism
Efficiently assist with installation and service crews when and where necessary
Participate in continuing education exercises, and seminars
Perform regular drain cleaning and maintenance to prevent future problems
Inspect devices to ensure proper function and signs of damage or malfunction
Communicate with homeowners and ensure great customer service
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician
Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including drainage, water supply, and heating systems
Ability to perform maintenance tasks related to plumbing installations or repairs
Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members

Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Physical Demands
Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling
May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions
Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing and maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines
