Job Overview Totally Cool is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands‑on role that covers installation, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings

Interpret and work from job plans and blueprints

Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs

Troubleshoot refrigerant circuits and perform system charging

Ensure systems meet all operational and safety standards

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Collaborate with office and field team members to ensure quality project completion

Participate in paid training and mentorship programs

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred

EPA Certification required

Strong diagnostic skills in both electrical and refrigerant systems

Ability to read and understand job plans and technical documents

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
