RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Service Technician, you will be directly responsible for helping to keep the guest’s cars running at peak performance.
Day to day you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, identifying mechanical concerns, and providing an accurate diagnosis for each customer’s vehicle.
You are responsible for executing complex repairs on various vehicle systems, such as brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
While utilizing cutting‑edge diagnostic tools and equipment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
Our Service Technicians are required to maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with the Assistant Service Managers to provide timely and clear explanations of the repairs needed and answer any associated questions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
A clean driving record is a mandatory requirement in addition to a valid in‑state license and automobile insurance.
Must possess a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
DESIRED SKILLS
Previous formal automotive training or certification is desirable.
Experience with Toyota Service and/or products is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
